Description
Telehealth Therapists- Psychologist (PhD, PsyD)
Are you a counseling professional passionate about caring for children and adolescents and looking to find purpose in your work? Inspire Health for Education is currently seeking to hire several enthusiastic and engaging therapists (Psychologist PsyD, PhD) for an exciting, unique, all remote-work opportunity. We are in a growth phase with our successful programs delivering school-based tele-healthcare to students in California public schools. We are now launching ‘niche’ telehealth programs providing individual therapy to K-12 students for needs related to:
–Adolescent Substance Use: providing prevention, early intervention and outpatient therapy
–Trauma: providing therapy for students affected by immigration enforcement activity
Our Telehealth Therapists, referred to as our CareTeam, will have the flexibility to set their own schedule and limits to their availability. Therapists will have the option to offer individual counseling and therapy services at times that work for them, recognizing that students can be scheduled during school, after school, evening and/or weekend hours. Our CareTeam is supported by our staff who are managing triage, intake, scheduling and administrative work, allowing therapists to devote their time and focus on direct therapy work.
We are passionate about our work and approach our pilot programs with an entrepreneurial spirit. This job offers the important perks of working in a supportive, patient-centered environment, based on a culture of caring and the joy of improving healthcare access for children and adolescents. We are proud to have developed both the technology platform and the care delivery model that is successfully supporting hundreds of school health offices, reducing school absenteeism, and equalizing access to high quality care for youth.
Therapists with passion and experience working with children and adolescents should apply.
Those with experience providing services related to substance and/or trauma care should apply.
Telehealth experience is a plus.
Working independently while also engaging a team mindset is a must!
