- Operations Supervisor (Remote - US)
Description
Maximus is hiring an Operations Supervisor to support the Iowa Core Standardize Assessments (IA CSA) Program.
In this role, the Operations Supervisor will oversee critical backoffice functions, including the development and maintenance of manual workflows, creation and management of tracking tools, assignment of daytoday work items, and support of daily and monthly reporting activities. The supervisor will monitor employee performance to ensure compliance with established protocols and service level agreements (SLAs), while working closely with crossfunctional departments to ensure all work is completed accurately and within required timelines. This position is responsible for leading, coaching, training, and counseling direct reports; researching and responding to escalated inquiries in a timely, professional, and informative manner; and producing weekly and monthly reports for presentation to staff.
This is a full-time position that is fully remote in the US.
**Position is contingent upon contract award.
About the Program
The IA CSA (Iowa Core Standardize Assessments) will conduct clinical assessments for individuals seeking enrollment into all Iowa Medicaid Waivers or to conduct clinical reassessments for Medicaid Waiver Recipients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assigning day-to-day work items
- Monitor employee performance for compliance with established protocol (SLA
- Work closely with other functional departments to ensure all work is completed timely and accurately
- Effectively lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports
- Research and respond to any escalated inquiries and requests in a timely, professional, and informative manner
- Produce weekly/monthly reports to be presented to staff
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years of supervisory and professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum of four years administrative and operational experience
- Experience working in a clinical office setting
