We're looking for an energetic, guest-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating smooth, memorable experiences. In this role, you'll help lead daily operations, support a talented team, and ensure McDade's continues to deliver the high standards our resort is known for.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a team of associates, offering coaching, motivation, and hands-on support to keep service upbeat and efficient.
• Develop talent by assisting with training programs that strengthen product knowledge, service skills, and teamwork.
• Oversee key operations, including scheduling, payroll coordination, and interviewing new team members.
• Collaborate closely with culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service, especially during peak morning and resort-activity rushes.
• Uphold exceptional standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and guest engagement.
• Drive performance by supporting McDade's overall success - from product consistency to service excellence and guest satisfaction.
