What You'll Do
As a Family Law Attorney, you will:
- Manage a diverse family law caseload from intake through final resolution.
- Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, CPS, enforcement, modification, and related family law matters.
- Develop case strategies tailored to each client's goals.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
- Communicate regularly with clients while providing compassionate guidance throughout the legal process.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
- Maintain high professional standards and comply with all ethical obligations.
Qualifications
We're looking for attorneys who have:
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- An active Texas law license in good standing.
- Family law experience preferred.
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and litigation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A client-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service.

Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating with a team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Professional demeanor and high ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Family law litigation experience.
- Experience handling hearings, mediations, and contested matters.
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Familiarity with Clio, Microsoft Office, Westlaw, or Lexis.
- Courtroom experience and confidence advocating for clients.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
