Precision Politics is a political strategy and advertising firm specializing in campaign direct mail and digital advertising for state legislative, county and city campaigns. 

What You'll Do
As a Campaign Outreach Representative, you will call candidates, introduce them to our services, and schedule appointments for the owner-strategists. You will work remotely, with training provided for our CRM software and integrated phone system. 

Flexible Schedule
We offer a flexible work schedule with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, each lasting 3 hours. You can choose to work anywhere from 3 to 6 days a week, making this an ideal part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling.

All calls are to candidates in all four time zones.

Compensation + Bonus
Compensation starts at $15–$20 per hour based on experience, with a minimum $50 bonus for each appointment that results in a paying client. Most representatives earn $25 or more per hour.

Requirements

Comfortable calling local candidates 

Able to ask insightful, probing questions to assess candidate needs and campaign viability.

Preferred: Experience in political campaigns, either paid or volunteer.

Highly desirable: Familiarity with direct mail marketing in political or other marketing settings.

Essential: Team members who understand how campaign mailers and digital ads contribute to a winning strategy and often serve as a voter's first impression of the candidate.
