Business Immigration Attorney – All Office Locations, will consider remote work from Arizona or Colorado

 Crowley Fleck PLLP seeks an attorney with 4+ years of experience to join our Immigration Law practice group.

Ideal candidates are experienced in employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-2, E-3, dependent applications, J-1 waivers, PERM labor certifications, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 petitions, and adjustment of status filings. Experience with consular processing, I-9 compliance, waivers, U.S. naturalization, family-based immigration, and humanitarian programs is preferred but not required. Applicants must have a good reputation in the legal community and be currently licensed to practice.

 The firm will consider a Senior Staff Attorney to work remotely located in Arizona or Colorado for this position.
