Description

This is a full-time remote Associate Attorney position with an office based in Honolulu. Seeking an Attorney to appear in District Court, Circuit Court, United States District Court and United States Bankruptcy Court, in person or remote. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented Attorney with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload through the entire mortgage default and foreclosure lifecycle. You must be able to work independently with the support of staff and other attorneys and be eager to build legal expertise and courtroom skills.  No experience required; Salary is commensurate with experience. 

Requirements

Provide high-quality legal representation in assigned matters (pre-litigation, settlement, bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction, light litigation);
Work independently with minimal supervision;
Manage high volume caseload efficiently; prepare timely and accurate filings;
Be responsive to clients; communicate case strategy and updates;
Collaborate with other members of the firm; 
Maintain accurate billing and timekeeping;
