Ethos Campaigns is a progressive TV, digital, and direct mail consulting firm working to elect a new generation of Democratic leaders to office across America. We are seeking a Video Editor and Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role has experience editing video for paid digital advertising campaigns, a talent for visual storytelling, and a passion for progressive politics. Candidates who do not submit a portfolio with their application will not be considered. Applications for this position will be considered on a rolling basis.
About this role:
- Location: This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the U.S, with some travel possible for on-location filming.
- Duration: This is a limited term position, with an end date of December 31, 2026.
- Salary Range: $6,250-$7,083 per month

Responsibilities:
- Produce and edit TV and digital video ads
- Review and edit existing video footage and audio
- Coordinate production logistics and calendar
- Manage video assets across projects and upload ads to online platforms for client review
- Assist principals with video concepting and scripting
- Support broader creative and production needs as campaigns evolve
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve
- Experience color grading log footage
- Experience creating basic motion graphics
- Ability to balance working on multiple overlapping projects while adhering to project timelines
- Ability to work independently
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapid-response political environment with tight deadlines
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience working with political campaigns and candidates
- Hands-on production experience, including on-location filming, lighting, and/or audio capture
