Location: Remote (U.S.)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (some Saturdays optional)
Pay: Commission-only (uncapped) | $6,000+/month earning potential
Industry: Automotive Powertrain (Engines / Transmissions / Related Components)

Our inbound demand is growing. More customers are calling because their vehicle is down and they need a solution now—engine, transmission, or powertrain replacement—shipped fast and done right.
If you can run phone calls, qualify quickly, quote confidently, and close, you’ll have plenty to work with here.
The Role
You’ll work high-intent inbound leads (plus follow-up on open quotes) and sell powertrain solutions by phone. This is consultative—not pushy. Customers are stressed, their car/truck is down, and they want a pro who can guide them to the right unit with clear expectations on price, shipping, warranty, and core returns.
What you’ll do
Take inbound calls and convert hot demand into paid orders
Qualify fast: vehicle details, symptoms, timeline, budget, and decision-maker
Match the right unit using Y/M/M, VIN (when available), trim, and fitment details
Present options (good/better/best): warranty tiers, shipping speed, add-ons when appropriate
Follow up like a closer: same-day callbacks, quote reminders, and structured next steps
Keep your pipeline clean in the CRM: notes, next actions, and deal status
Set expectations clearly to prevent cancellations and chargebacks
What makes reps win here
You treat quotes like money on the table—because they are
You don’t “check back later.” You schedule next steps and control the process
You can explain freight shipping and core returns without confusing people
You’re calm, direct, and persuasive when the customer is frustrated
Bonus points
Engines/transmissions, parts counter, service advisor, or aftermarket experience
Familiarity with VIN decoding, fitment tools, or quoting systems
Experience selling freight-delivered products and explaining core return rules
