Auto Enhancements is a woman-owned, established automotive accessory and fleet upfitting company serving Central Texas dealerships and commercial fleets since 2005. We specialize in leather interiors, truck accessories, safety equipment, electronics, and fleet upfits for dealerships, municipalities, and commercial clients.
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage dealership and fleet relationships in the Austin metro area.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with auto dealerships and fleet accounts
- Prospect new dealer and commercial opportunities
- Present accessory programs and product solutions to decision makers
- Generate quotes and close new business
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order flow and installations
- Represent our brand professionally in the field
Nice to Have:
- Automotive or dealership experience
- Knowledge of accessories, fleet upfitting, or 12V electronics
- Existing dealership or commercial contact
- Compensation:
- Base salary + commission (based on experience)
- Gas Card
- Cell phone allowance
- Bilingual English / Spanish

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (automotive, fleet, or construction preferred)
- Comfortable calling on dealerships, service departments, fleet managers
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Able to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM, spreadsheets)
