Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Chat Support Specialist to assist customers via live chat, email, and messaging platforms. This role is fully remote and requires strong written communication skills, quick problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email in a timely, professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and troubleshooting
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering clear and effective support
Document interactions and update customer records accurately
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and quality scores
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, online chat support, or call center preferred
Excellent written communication skills
Strong computer skills and ability to handle multiple chat conversations
