The Law Office of Joel A. Levine, PLLC is a Plaintiff’s law firm focusing on personal injury cases and construction defect claims. We are a tech-friendly firm focused on efficient representation of clients. Our attorneys pride themselves on their skills and commitment to helping those in need. 

We are currently looking for an ambitious lawyer who is looking to sharpen their skills as a litigation attorney. This position will specifically support a docket of construction defect and civil/commercial litigation cases, with the possibility of some personal injury files as well.

Requirements

Qualifications and experience:

1. Three (3) years of experience practicing construction defect or civil litigation is preferred;

2. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar;

3. Some experience in negotiating claims, depositions, mediation, and drafting and responding to motions;

4. Excellent client communication skills, strong work ethic, and attention to detail; and

5. Firm grasp on utilizing technology in the workplace and working in a hybrid office environment.
