Learning partner
We are looking for a learning partner (consultant or small team) to work with us on our Strengthening Justice and Emerging Justice grant programmes.
The learning partner will act as a critical friend to the LEF grants team, and develop and facilitate spaces for peer learning between our grant partners. We are looking for a learning partner who can navigate this dual role with confidence and build trusting relationships over time with both the LEF team and our grant partners.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a learning partner with experience of:
- undertaking research, monitoring and evaluation in a professional or community setting
- gathering and collating feedback from a range of audiences in a thoughtful and inclusive manner, reflecting a commitment to anti-oppression
- collaborating with partners and stakeholders in the production of learning pieces
- co-creating learning approaches
- creating outputs to communicate insights to a range of different audiences in a clear and jargon-free manner
We’re also looking for:
- Consideration of power dynamics, including how to ensure the research doesn’t place an undue burden on participants, and how to manage the different relationships with LEF staff and grant partners
- Consideration of how learning activities can be designed and delivered equitably and inclusively
