Job Description
The Clinic Manager / ABC Certified Prosthetist is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, and fostering a supportive and efficient work environment. This position combines clinical expertise with leadership and operational management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care and organizational growth.
Clinical Responsibilities
Evaluate, design, fabricate, and fit prosthetic devices for patients of all ages and activity levels.
Provide care both in the clinic and through mobile visits across the Austin area.
Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Supervise the in-house fabrication process to maintain quality and accuracy.
Maintain all patient documentation and ensure compliance with ABC, CMS, and insurance standards.
Educate patients and families about device use, care, and follow-up.
Managerial Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, workflow, and staff coordination.
Promote a positive, team-oriented, patient-centered culture.
Assist with marketing and outreach to strengthen referral relationships.
Track and report on key performance metrics (patient satisfaction, clinic efficiency, growth goals).
Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, strategic planning, and clinic development.
Requirements
Job Requirements
ABC Certified Prosthetist (CPO preferred).
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in prosthetics; prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of prosthetic fabrication, componentry, and patient care.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a small, motivated team.
Experience with mobile or outreach care a plus.
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality, patient-focused care.
Compensation & Benefits - $110k-$140k (pay + bonuses)
