- At least 1 year experience in veterinary hospital setting

- Quality client service skills and understanding of medical terminology.
- Evenings/Weekend/Holiday availability: both Saturday and Sunday required
Job Duties:
- Provide top-notch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs
- Answer phones, proactively schedule appointments and specialty procedures, set reminders, manages patient and client flow including checking patients in/out, and handles basic client complaints
- Facilitate communication between clients and medical team as needed
- Utilizing computer information system to accurately enter client/ patient information, update and maintain medical records
- Processing client payments and invoices, and following up on additional or missing payments
- Ensuring the lobby, waiting room, and your workspace are clean and organized.
- Other administrative duties as needed
