Description
At Unity Behavioral Services, we’re not just delivering ABA therapy—we’re redefining what great care looks like for children and families. We’re building something special: A place where BCBAs are empowered, heard, and supported—not buried in admin. work or stretched too thin.
If you’re looking for a role where:
- Your clinical voice matters
- You can shape programs, not just manage them
- You’re part of a team building something meaningful
This is that opportunity!
What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters):
Lead Meaningful Clinical Work
- Conduct assessments (FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland) to truly understand each child.
- Design individualized, high-quality treatment plans that drive real progress.
- Continuously analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes.
Develop and Elevate Your Team
- Supervise and mentor RBTs with intention—not just check a box.
- Provide hands-on coaching, modeling, and real-time feedback.
- Help build confident, skilled clinicians who love what they do.
Partner with Families (Not Just Update Them)
- Collaborate closely with caregivers to create consistency across environments.
- Turn complex clinical strategies into practical, everyday tools.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with families.
Own Outcomes, Not Just Tasks
- Monitor progress and evolve treatment plans based on real data.
- Communicate clearly with families and stakeholders.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence.
What Makes This Role Different:
- Clinical Autonomy – You’re trusted to make decisions.
- Manageable Caseloads – Quality over volume.
- Supportive Leadership – You’re not on an island.
- Growth-Oriented Culture – Your ideas help shape the company.
- Start-Up Energy – Opportunity to build, not just inherit.
Requirements
What are the Right Qualifications to join our team?
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience with ABA assessments, treatment plans, and supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical practices and professional growth.
- Strong clinical judgment and data-driven mindset.
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
