Requirements

Proficient in AutoCAD Land Development a plus

1) Able to navigate Various County Clerk Websites for documents to research Easements, Restrictions, Building lines, etc... and apply them to AutoCAD Drawing Files.

2) Must be able draw S/D Lots, Lines, Curves, etc...  and apply logic to solve boundaries for Surveys.

3) Able to Navigate FEMA Flood site to determine Flood Zones.

4) Draw and Dimension Hoses, Buildings, fences, etc...

5) Must be Highly motivated
